E-mail info@sargossa.com and ask for a return label, and you will receive it within 24hrs. Or simply choose the most convenient shipping option for you and send the package to our warehouse:

How to return a product:

  • Ensure that you return the item(s) within 21 days of receipt.

  • Fill out the enclosed return form and include it in your return package. 

  • All exchanges are free, simply just e-mail info@sargossa.com stating what size/model you would like instead.

  • For returns email info@sargossa.com and ask for a DPD return label (We will charged £6.00 in England and £15.00 for Rest Of World) 

  • Refunds are issued 3-5 days after receiving the returned product safely.

  • If you live outside the EU, you will also receive a pro-forma invoice with your delivery. Remember to enclose this with your return.

  • If you request a refund: please allow 1 to 5 days, after receiving our refund notification, for the funds to be available in your account. 


Faulty shoes: Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing defect occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that if the shoes are damaged as a result of wear and tear, they will not be considered faulty. Shoes returned with malfunctioning zippers and odd stitching are also not considered faulty. When possible, we will offer to repair shoes or replace them with the same or similar style/model. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced with a similar style/model.
